Every page of the NeoPhone site is assembled from the Space's own sources: one sheet of facts, typed page blocks and an asset registry. No figure is typed into a page; the editor sees lint and answer-engine signals before anything ships.
Prices, dates, battery life, languages and survey results are typed once, in ground_truth.yaml, each with its source and the date someone last checked it. Pages are made of blocks, and a block cites {{neo_one.battery}} instead of typing “2,000 mAh”. The build links fact → block → page, so for any figure it knows every place it appears, meta descriptions and JSON-LD included.
That graph is what makes a batch edit safe. When the battery went from 1,800 mAh to 2,000 mAh in spec sheet v3, one edit reached 5 blocks on 4 pages. A page that cites a fact the sheet doesn't hold stops the build.
Images are records: an id, alt text, a credit and, for generated ones, the prompt and the reference image that keeps the product consistent. Pages point at the id, so a new render replaces it everywhere at once, and an image without alt text is flagged.
Two feeds reach the editor. The build's lint finds figures typed by hand, outdated values still in copy, brand-name variants, facts no page uses and answers that don't lead with the answer. The visibility monitor checks a fixed panel of prompts across answer engines: who mentions NeoPhone, which page they cite, where they repeat an old figure. Here the visibility feed is simulated, because NeoPhone is fictional; the lint is real.
